General Terms and Conditions of Sale to Individual Visitors
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of RRPH define the rights and obligations of the parties for any order made:
– by any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Visitor”),
– individual tickets for a visit (free or guided) to the archaeological site of Chellah
– on the following website: https://challah-billetterie.ma/
RRPH reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice. Any new version of these will be indicated in advance on the first page of the “Contact” section. In the event of a modification, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day the order is placed will be applied to each order.
Article 1 – Price, nature and number of entrance tickets
1.1 Ticket prices are indicated in Moroccan dirham net of taxes. Full-price, reduced-price and free tickets are available for purchase online. Visitors who are eligible for a reduced rate or free admission must present an identity document and the relevant supporting documents. A booking fee is set up for each paid ticket.

By purchasing a full-price ticket, the Visitor waives the right to benefit from any discount or gratuity to which he or she may have been entitled for his or her visit.
1.2 The applicable prices are those in force on the day of the order. RRPH reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the orders are registered.
Article 2 – Availability
RRPH sells a predefined number of tickets on its website. It reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of tickets on sale.
Tickets sold on the Internet allow access to the visit within 1/2 hour of the chosen time slot. Each ticket only gives access to the corresponding service once. A ticket is sold for one day and a time of visit chosen by the Visitor.
Ticket purchases are made in real time. In this context, the website informs you about the availability of tickets at the time of placing your order.
“My Basket” allows you to check that the order you have placed corresponds to your wishes. As long as the payment has not been registered, you have the option to change the content of your order on the “My Cart” page.
Article 3 – Information on tickets sold
The Website has the essential characteristics of the tickets offered:
– Dimensions of the barcode and/or QR code printing on the paper medium, regardless of its format;
– Content of the offer associated with the ticket(s);
– Characteristics of the offer associated with the ticket(s) sold are subject to change;
– Price in Moroccan dirham net of taxes;
– Validity date of the ticket(s).
The photographs and texts describing the offer associated with the ticket(s) are not contractual.
Article 4 – Order process
Step 1: Select the ticket or date of the visit on the home page of the Site.
Step 2: Choose the desired quantity of tickets.
Step 3: Add to cart and confirm.
Step 4: Identify the holder of each ticket (first and last name).
Step 5: Make your payment by entering your credit card number on the secure page.
Step 6: Receive the order confirmation letter sent to the email address provided when you registered on the Site.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded constitutes proof of all transactions between RRPH and its customers.
All purchases are firm and definitive, no cancellation or modification by the Visitor is possible once the payment has been confirmed.
No refund is allowed after payment of the visit.
Article 5 – Payment
Your bank account will be debited at the end of the validation of the order as stated. The debit of the bank card is independent of the printing of the banknotes.
You warrant that you have full authority to use the payment card provided for the payment of your order and that this card provides access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from your order.
RRPH is required to provide duplicate proof of transaction with the date, time and amount of the transaction.
The proof of payment will be sent to the e-mail address you provide during the order process.
Article 6 – Order confirmation
Your ticket order is only definitively confirmed and binding on RRPH after receipt of the email confirming the validation of the order and specifying, at least:
– the order number;
– the services to which the ticket entitles;
– the total amount of the order;
– the printing methods of the ticket(s) purchased.
This email only comes after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers. Accordingly, we invite you to check your e-mail account.
Article 7 – Obtaining tickets
The ticket can be printed as soon as we receive the order confirmation email and can be downloaded from a hypertext link specified in the said email. Printing the ticket on site is not possible under any circumstances.
You must have printed the ticket prior to the visit, without changing the print size, full page, on white A4 paper, blank front and back, or present the mobile ticket received on your mobile device when you make your purchase on the mobile online sale. Tickets that are partially or incorrectly printed, soiled, damaged or illegible are invalid. You are responsible for checking the number and status of tickets purchased online printed.
The essential characteristics of the note are:
– Name of the holder;
– Nature of the service associated with the ticket;
– Price in Moroccan dirham;
– Date and, if applicable, time of the start of the service for which the ticket is valid;
– The barcode and/or QR code allowing its validation at the entrance to the site.
It is important to keep your ticket in your possession for the duration of the service.
Anyone who illegally reproduces a ticket and/or uses a counterfeit ticket may be prosecuted.
RRPH declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or use of unauthorized copies, including on the site.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the conditions set out in this article, RRPH reserves the right to refuse access to the service concerned.
Article 8 – Liability
You must check the ticket(s) and the confirmation of the purchase online at the time they are issued or received in your email.
RRPH cannot be held liable for any non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure, beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, transport disruptions, strikes, extreme weather conditions, fires, etc.
Finally, you are solely responsible for the use by yourself or by a third party of the tickets sold.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Guided and Private Group Tours
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply automatically and without restriction to all orders:
Group guided tours;
Private tours;
All of these offers are hereinafter referred to together as the “Visits”.
RRPH reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice. Any new version of these will be indicated in advance on the first page of the « Contact » section. In the event of a modification, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day the order is placed will be applied to each order.
The purchase of Visits by the customer implies his/her unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions of sale and to all countries.
Article 1. Terms and conditions for the sale of Visits
1.1. The Tours offer is aimed at groups of more than 25 people.
1.2. Any purchase of a Tour gives rise to the order of group tickets including the reservation of the visit and the entrance fee.
An order is sold for one day and one time of visit.
Depending on its commercial policy, the capacity of the site and the availability of visits, RRPH sells a predefined quantity of tickets for groups.
It reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of tickets on sale.
1.3. Upon receipt of the booking and payment request, RRPH will send the applicant a booking voucher summarizing the identity of the applicant, the order number, the service ordered, the price of the service and the terms of payment.
1.4. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Article 2. Prices of Visits
2.1. Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirham net of taxes.
2.2. Orders are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
2.3. RRPH reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without prior notice.
Article 3. Validity of tickets
3.1. A group ticket does not allow the use of the individual entrance to the tour circuits.
3.2. A group ticket cannot be used outside the order of which it is a part. All tickets in an order must be used on the date and time of the order.
3.3. A group ticket may not be resold at a price higher than its original value.
Article 4. Liability and penalties
All bookings are recorded solely on the basis of the information provided by the group leader or through the intermediary appointed by him for this purpose.
The customer is responsible for verifying the elements of his order.
RRPH declines all responsibility in the event of a booking made on the basis of inaccurate or incomplete information.
In particular, RRPH reserves the right to refuse access to the site to any group whose composition does not correspond to the order.
