Normal Entrance: This entrance option gives you basic access to the archaeological site of Chellah without any add-ons, meaning you can explore the site independently without guides or extras.
Entrance to the CIP: This option gives you access not only to the Chellah site, but also to the Heritage Interpretation Centre (CIP). The latter is a complementary source of in-depth information and interpretations on the historical heritage of the site.

Visit with audio guide : Choose an immersive experience at Chellah with an audio guide, which will provide explanatory audio commentary during your visit to help you better understand the site’s history and details.
Group Entry : The Chellah site is specially designed to accommodate groups of 25 people or more, offering a rewarding and practical experience for large groups wishing to explore this captivating archaeological site together.
Discounted admission: To ensure the correct application of reduced or free fares, please note that proof of eligibility for these discounts will be required to benefit from preferential rates.

Do I have to buy my ticket online or at the point of sale?
You can buy your ticket online or directly on site in Chellah. We recommend that you book your individual audio guide or group audio tour in advance of your desired date to ensure you have access to the audio tool for the audio tour of the Chellah archaeological site.
I want to change or cancel my ticket, what should I do?
Tickets purchased online are non-changeable and non-refundable.
I bought a ticket online and I'm coming with an extra person. Can this person also benefit from the visit?
This person can only access Chellah’s tour with a valid ticket. Each ticket is valid for one person only. Please book a number of tickets that match your group’s number.
Can I book by phone?
We regret that we are unable to take reservations by phone. However, you can always buy your tickets quickly and easily online through our online ticket office, or by going to our ticket office open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Do I need to print my ticket?
The ability to print tickets purchased online is available, but it is optional. You can present your tickets directly from your smartphone for verification before you enter for the Chellah tour.
What is the number allowed for the booking of the audio tour guide for groups?
The Chellah Group Tour audio guide (or group audio tour) is a state-of-the-art audiophone designed for guided group tours. It offers access to the app’s content as well as the audio device.
For all group bookings, a minimum of 10 people is required. We remind you that a ticket corresponds to only one person; We therefore ask you to book the number of tickets corresponding to the size of your group.
